We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit a form on this site, we receive the fields you complete: your name, email address, phone number, company, the details of your project or issue, and any files you attach.

Our host also records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These are used for security and troubleshooting, not for profiling.

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver work you have asked for, and keep records required for invoicing and taxes. That is the entire list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email unless you have specifically asked us to.

We share information only with the service providers required to run the business, and only the minimum they need: our website host, our email provider, and our scheduling and payment processors.

We will disclose information if required by law. If a project ever requires involving a subcontractor, we will tell you before sharing anything.

Attachments sent through our forms arrive by email and are stored with the related project records. Please do not upload passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials through any form on this site.

If you need to send us a credential, ask and we will arrange a secure method.

This site uses functional cookies required for pages to load correctly and for embedded tools such as our scheduling calendar to work.

Embedded third-party content, including the Google Calendar scheduler, may set its own cookies governed by that provider policy. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Project records and correspondence are kept for as long as we work together, plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable follow-up window and then deleted.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email support@techtalent.llc and we will respond promptly. Some records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly to active clients.
