Remote issues are usually handled the same day. Critical problems where work has stopped are prioritized, and calling is faster than the form in that case.

Remote support is $40 per hour and on-site support is $60 per hour, with a one-half hour minimum. Fixed-price setups and assessments are listed in the IT support catalog.

No. Prices cover labor, configuration, and documentation. Computers, network equipment, cabling, and software licenses are billed at cost and approved by you first.

Each fixed-price service includes at least one full revision round. Larger reports include two. Further rounds are billed hourly and quoted before we start them.

Yes. Research and subject-matter interviews are part of the work. Explaining unfamiliar material clearly is the job.

We read what exists, sit with the people who do the work, and ask the questions a new hire would. Unfamiliar material is normal; the job is making it legible.

All writing, research, reporting, and web work is remote by default. Most IT services are too, apart from workstation, network, and printer setups, which need someone on site.

Website maintenance is month to month, and documentation or IT help can be booked hourly as an as-needed retainer. Everything else is one project at a time, with no contract required.

They reflect current rates and are reviewed as costs change. The price you are quoted in writing is the price for that project, even if the catalog changes later.
