Your BoldTrail Website Is Already There. Make It Yours.

The BoldTrail logo and the eXp Realty logo joined by a plus sign

If you joined eXp Realty and picked BoldTrail as your CRM of Choice, you already have an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) website. It is live, it pulls real listing data, and it came at no additional cost to you. That is a genuinely good starting point, and most agents never move past it.

Having the platform and having a website that represents your business are two different things. The default site is built to work for any agent anywhere. Yours should work for you, in your market, for the clients you actually serve.

Why this falls to you

This is not a gap anyone is hiding. eXp Technical Support lists Customization of Website(s) among the services its tech team does not handle, and directs BoldTrail-specific website settings and platform questions to BoldTrail support instead.

So the platform is provided, the support boundary is clear, and the personalization is left to the agent. That is where we come in.

What personalization actually changes

You are already paying for the technology through your brokerage. The work is making it earn its place. On a recent BoldTrail personalization we:

  • Built out the agent profile so a visitor knows who they are talking to.
  • Defined the cities and communities served, instead of a generic region.
  • Connected buyers to a preferred lender’s preapproval resources.
  • Gave sellers direct access to home valuation tools.
  • Added localized market reports for the areas that matter.
  • Set up listing searches and alerts clients can subscribe to.
  • Created a permanent online directory of existing preferred vendors.

None of that replaces BoldTrail. All of it uses what BoldTrail already offers, configured deliberately rather than left at the default.

See it in action

The clearest way to explain this is to show you. Here is a personalized BoldTrail site you can click through. Same platform you have. Different experience for the person visiting it.

Where to start

Two options, depending on where you are:

There are a few smaller services I do not list on the site, including a website audit with a prioritized action plan, lead capture and CRM verification, and low-cost monthly care for a site we have already configured. If one of those sounds closer to what you need, ask and I will tell you what it costs.

Your brokerage provides the platform. You bring the real estate expertise. We help make the website yours.
