WEB DESIGN / BOLDTRAIL
A default eXp BoldTrail agent site, configured deliberately into a local, client-facing presence that tells visitors who the agent is and what to do next.
An eXp Realty agent already had a BoldTrail IDX website. It was live, it pulled real listing data, and it came with the brokerage at no extra cost. It was also built to work for any agent anywhere. The project was web design in its least glamorous form: not building a site, but making one that already existed represent a specific person in a specific market.
Nothing here replaces BoldTrail. All of it uses what the platform already offers, configured deliberately rather than left at the default: the agent profile built out so a visitor knows who they are talking to, the cities and communities served defined instead of a generic region, buyers connected to a preferred lender’s preapproval resources, sellers given direct access to home valuation tools, localized market reports added for the areas that matter, listing searches and alerts set up for clients to subscribe to, and a permanent online directory of existing preferred vendors.
The personalized BoldTrail agent website itself, live on the platform the brokerage already provides. The same configuration is offered as BoldTrail Website Personalization in our website services catalog.
The resulting site presents the agent and their market rather than a template, and gives buyers and sellers clear paths to act. We have written more on why this work falls to the agent and what personalization actually changes.
